I love to cook and I love finding easy but healthy recipes. I have had the weightwatchers 15min and 10min books for sometime, but never really used them until now. The Eat What You Love Book is truly amazing!! I love it and I highly recommend it.

The NutriBullet/Magic Bullet Rocks! I love making my Shakeology in the blender. The Keurig was a Christmas gift from my mom last year and it was the best gift ever. This little machine is just amazing. I love making tea and hot chocolate, I’m not much of a coffee drinker.
The water bottle I got from Target for $7 and it truly helps me keep track of my water intake. The chocolate shakeology is so good. My favorite recipe is 2tbsp of PB2, 1 cup Almond/coconut milk, a half of banana, and 1/2 cup of water.
