On February 3rd I started Beach Body T25. I love  the workout and I love that its only 25 minutes. Shaun T really works every part of your body in those 25mins. The DVD set comes with Alpha, which is the first set of workouts you for 5 weeks and then you move to Beta for another 5 weeks. After I complete T25, I will be moving to another workout plus I want to start running again.
