Spring is around the corner and even though this Sunday its cold and raining I’m looking forward to next week. I have a new goal for the month of April and that is to start doing the Couch to 5k again. Last year in May I ran the Foam 5k and I hurt my left leg and my leg still gives me issues, but I’m not going to let it stop me. Monday is suppose to be 67 so my running shoes are ready to hit the pavement.
My goal is to do the Couch to 5k Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I’m going to enjoy Friday b/c my son has soccer practice and while he is at soccer I will be running at the WARF. The WARF is this awesome place to place to run. You can download the Couch to 5k on your smartphone, but if you don’t have a smart phone you can print out the instructions by clicking on the link C25K: Couch to 5K. I will continue to complete my T25 program, I have only 3 more weeks and I will be finish. OMG!!! I can’t believe I will be finished with the program in 3 weeks. I got this!!!
